On Sunday i joined my musician friends, Joella, Martin and Julie (Both in the Pettman Quintet) to perform as a string quartet at an event held at the Pullman Hotel. We performed background music as well as a featured performance up front. They gave us a fantastic dinner from the catering at the hotel. We also got to meet Henry who guided us during the event and even played a few Joe Hisaishi pieces with him. He originally started to play One Summer's Day on the piano as a background music, and i started to just play on top as i knew the music, and people started to gather around us. Its great fun when unplanned music performances happen :) One of the moments when you feel glad you have been doing music. We went back to perform a few more piece after we ate dinner as well :P
