Went to rehearse at the beautiful St Mathews church for the St MAthews in the city 2017 season launch concert on friday. We had a few audiences there who happened to visit the church during our rehearsal/runthrough. It has been quite a while since i played in there as part of the ensemble polymnia few years back, and is great to be back to play in this wonderful venue. Tomorrow i will be off with Joella (arcus quartet), Julie (mazzoli trio), and Sally (mazzoli trio) for a performance which is planned to be outdoors... i really hope it is not raining when we are supposed to play...
